About the role
- Developing and conceptualizing creative ads for social media and Google
- Independently planning and executing campaign ideas in collaboration with our performance team
- Video editing (e.g., short Reels or ad creatives)
- Designing visuals, banners, and other advertising materials
- Analyzing and refining existing creatives based on performance data
- Close collaboration with performance managers to optimally align design and strategy
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an advanced stage of studies in media design, communication design, media production, or a related field (nice to have)
- Some practical experience in creating and implementing advertising creatives (nice to have)
- Basic understanding of marketing and digital campaigns
- Confident use of common design and video-editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar)
- A creative eye for design, design trends, and storytelling
- Independent, structured working style and eagerness to take on responsibility
