About the role

  • Contribute to the creation and execution of product roadmaps, product and packaging briefs, quoting, and go-to-market plans
  • Conduct product, market, and competitive research to support new and existing initiatives
  • Support product development by coordinating samples, specifications, and quoting inputs with sourcing and factories throughout the development process
  • Manage and track projects across the product development lifecycle, helping maintain timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional alignment
  • Coordinate sales sample requests and support category trade shows and customer meetings
  • Process, analyze, and compile financial and performance data (e.g., Power BI) for monthly meetings and business reviews
  • Monitor online reviews and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities; collaborate with customer support and category teams to drive improvements
  • Arrange shipping of samples and props for photo and video shoots and other marketing needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field
  • 1–3 years of marketing, or product-related experience; CPG experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
