About the role
- Support the strategic work of Business Partners
- Connect people, culture, and business through data analysis
- Generate insights and provide support to leadership
- Develop a systemic view of HR
- Monitor Business Partners' day-to-day activities in area support
- Assist in preparing leadership meetings (data, diagnostics, and executive materials)
- Participate in people forums (climate, performance, structure)
- Consolidate and analyze people metrics (turnover, absenteeism, headcount, performance, engagement)
- Support the construction and updating of HR dashboards
- Organize data sets and ensure consistency of information
- Support the area's advancement in data maturity
- Support organizational climate initiatives (surveys, data interpretation, and action plans)
- Support engagement rituals and initiatives
- Monitor the execution of cycles with business areas
- Support the organization and analysis of data from these processes
- Track timelines, organize deliverables, and support execution of strategic projects (leadership, development, culture)
Requirements
- Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Desirable: Knowledge of Power BI (or other data visualization tools)
- Interest or experience in data analysis
- Organization and information management skills
- Analytical curiosity (enjoy understanding the “why” behind the numbers)
- Ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights
- Good communication skills (translate data for the business)

- Discretion (handling sensitive data)
- Desirable: Academic or practical experience with dashboards or data analysis
