About the role

  • Monitor franchisees' results daily, proposing and implementing continuous improvement actions
  • Manage monthly sector performance with individualized action plans for each unit
  • Conduct site visits to assess operations, ensure compliance with brand standards, and advise franchisees
  • Identify local promotional opportunities and support marketing campaigns and sales strategies
  • Train teams in customer service, sales techniques, and store management
  • Monitor quality, hygiene, and product presentation standards to ensure operational excellence
  • Facilitate communication between the franchisor and franchisees, ensuring strategic alignment
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to drive business results

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Economics, or related fields
  • Experience in consultative service and supporting franchise networks
  • Experience analyzing financial and operational performance (income statement/DRE, KPIs, and other indicators)
  • Proficiency with Business Intelligence (BI) tools
  • Skilled in PowerPoint for strategic presentations
  • Ability to train teams in customer service, sales, and store management
  • Ability to identify improvement opportunities and propose practical solutions
  • Analytical profile with a results-oriented and problem-solving mindset
  • Ownership mindset, empathy, active listening, strong communication, persuasion, and resilience
  • Resident of Rio de Janeiro or nearby areas
  • Availability to travel and visit units
