About the role

  • Coordinate the opening of new stores, ensuring compliance with franchise standards and guidelines
  • Manage the implementation schedule, working in a hybrid model (remote and on-site) to guarantee deadlines are met
  • Provide consultative support to franchisees throughout the implementation process
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure efficient progress of processes
  • Perform data analysis and prepare management reports for performance monitoring and decision-making support

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or related fields
  • Previous experience in store or franchise implementation, preferably in retail or food service
  • Experience in project management
  • Knowledge of franchise processes, from negotiation through store handover
  • Basic finance knowledge, with emphasis on Income Statement (DRE) analysis, preparation of financial projections and evaluation of return on investment (payback)
  • Availability to travel
