About the role

  • Coordinate the opening of new stores, ensuring compliance with franchise standards and guidelines
  • Manage the implementation schedule, working in a hybrid model (remote and on-site) to ensure deadlines are met
  • Provide consultative support to franchisees throughout the implementation process
  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure efficient progress of processes
  • Perform data analysis and prepare management reports to monitor performance and support decision-making

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields
  • Experience with franchise networks is desirable
  • Strong organizational skills and project management ability
  • Good communication skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Proactive and results-oriented
  • Must reside in São Paulo
