About the role
- Monitor franchisees' results daily, proposing and implementing actions for continuous improvement.
- Manage the monthly performance of the area, developing and monitoring individualized action plans for each unit.
- Conduct technical visits to units to evaluate operations, ensure compliance with brand standards, and advise franchisees.
- Identify local opportunities to promote services and support the execution of marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
- Train teams in customer service, sales techniques, and store management.
- Monitor quality, hygiene, and product presentation standards to ensure operational excellence.
- Facilitate communication between the franchisor and franchisees, fostering strong partnerships and strategic alignment.
- Work collaboratively with other areas of the franchisor, contributing to joint deliverables and the overall success of the business.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience in consultative support and service provision for franchise networks.
- Experience analyzing financial and operational performance (income statement, KPIs, performance indicators).
- Proficiency with Business Intelligence (BI) tools for data analysis.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint for preparing strategic presentations.
- Ability to train teams in customer service, sales, and store management.
- Ability to identify improvement opportunities and propose practical solutions.
- Analytical mindset, results-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Must demonstrate an owner mindset, empathy, active listening, strong communication, persuasion, and resilience to act as the link between franchisor and franchisee.
- Experience with franchise management systems is desirable.
- Reside in Maceió or nearby municipalities.
- Availability to travel and visit stores.
