Drive operational excellence across a portfolio of strategic initiatives
Establish consistent program management frameworks
Enable clear intake and prioritization processes
Deliver leadership-ready reporting
Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders
Act as a central point of coordination for planning, governance, and execution
Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and communication
Maintain visibility into incoming requests, capacity, and prioritization decisions
Provide hands-on program/project management support across multiple initiatives
Build and maintain project plans, milestones, and workback schedules
Track progress against deliverables and ensure timely execution
Facilitate governance meetings
Drive cross-team alignment to resolve dependencies and maintain delivery timelines
Develop and maintain portfolio-level dashboards, scorecards, and status reports

Requirements

3–5+ years of experience in program or project management, business operations, or related roles
Proven experience managing multiple initiatives and coordinating cross-functional teams
Strong experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI and Excel
Experience creating project plans, tracking milestones, and managing dependencies
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to leadership
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Experience working in large, enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders
Familiarity with Microsoft data platforms (e.g., Dataverse, Fabric)
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira)
Exposure to automation or AI-assisted tools for reporting and analysis
Experience building or contributing to PMO frameworks and governance models
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights
