About the role

  • Support a global support organization by enabling tools, content, and processes used by support agents and delivery managers worldwide.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure user feedback is properly reviewed, categorized, owned, and actioned.
  • Help maintain and improve knowledge content that supports daily operations.
  • Depending on assignment, focus on user feedback management and reporting, or knowledge management and content strategy.
  • Partner with subject matter experts, project managers, and leadership to drive clarity, accountability, and continuous improvement across support systems and processes.
  • Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations for leadership and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in business operations, analytics, project support, or a similar role.
  • Experience working in a large, enterprise-scale organization.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience performing data analysis and building reports or dashboards in Power BI.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint in a professional setting.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with data and presenting insights to stakeholders or leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues and identify root causes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple work items simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
