About the role

  • Prospecting and Targeting – Research target accounts, find decision makers
  • Outreach and Engagement – Cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn messaging and sending personalized campaigns
  • Qualify leads and set meetings for the sales team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, software vendors, and channel partners.
  • Develop an understanding of customer needs and align them with appropriate software licensing solutions.
  • Support the sales cycle from initial contact through to deal closure, working alongside senior sales and technical consultants.
  • Attend industry events, expos, and conferences to network and promote our services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Keep up to date with vendor programs, market trends, and new technologies.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop a career in software sales.
  • Driven, self-motivated, and proactive with a strong customer service mindset.
  • Comfortable presenting to and engaging with customers at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a global team.
  • Willingness to travel across the US as required.
  • Previous experience in a sales or business development role (Nice to Have).
  • Experience in software sales or software licensing (Nice to Have).
  • Knowledge of key software vendors and IT channel partners (Nice to Have).
