About the role

  • lead a team of talent acquisition professionals and serve as the primary recruiting point of contact for hiring managers in truck service
  • liaising across the US talent acquisition team to ensure efficient and effective hiring experiences
  • work to hire hard to fill roles and develop hiring campaigns for sites
  • build strong relationships with hiring managers
  • facilitate the end-to-end hiring process
  • interview and recommend management level candidates
  • provide insightful recruitment metrics
  • support in-market events like job fairs and acquisitions
  • oversee the recruitment process from job postings to onboarding
  • ensure a smooth and efficient experience for candidates
  • track and analyse recruitment metrics to measure the success of hiring strategies

Requirements

  • Recruiting experience
  • Field recruiting experience a plus
  • PC proficiency with emphasis on Windows-based Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong people skills required to positively impact cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills required
  • Strong understanding of in Market employment laws and regulations
  • Research and Analytical Skills
  • Ability to conduct thorough market research and talent mapping
  • Strong analytical skills to assess candidate profiles and market data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging passive candidates
  • Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and potential candidates
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
