About the role
- lead a team of talent acquisition professionals and serve as the primary recruiting point of contact for hiring managers in truck service
- liaising across the US talent acquisition team to ensure efficient and effective hiring experiences
- work to hire hard to fill roles and develop hiring campaigns for sites
- build strong relationships with hiring managers
- facilitate the end-to-end hiring process
- interview and recommend management level candidates
- provide insightful recruitment metrics
- support in-market events like job fairs and acquisitions
- oversee the recruitment process from job postings to onboarding
- ensure a smooth and efficient experience for candidates
- track and analyse recruitment metrics to measure the success of hiring strategies
Requirements
- Recruiting experience
- Field recruiting experience a plus
- PC proficiency with emphasis on Windows-based Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong people skills required to positively impact cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills required
- Strong understanding of in Market employment laws and regulations
- Research and Analytical Skills
- Ability to conduct thorough market research and talent mapping
- Strong analytical skills to assess candidate profiles and market data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging passive candidates
- Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and potential candidates
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
