About the role

  • Lead a team of talent acquisition professionals
  • Serve as the primary recruiting contact for hiring managers
  • Work to hire hard to fill roles and develop hiring campaigns
  • Facilitate the end-to-end hiring process for all site-based operations roles
  • Partner closely with hiring managers on scheduling & interviewing candidates
  • Oversee the recruitment process from job postings to onboarding
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure success of hiring strategies

Requirements

  • Recruiting experience
  • Field recruiting experience a plus
  • PC proficiency with emphasis on Windows-based Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong people skills required to positively impact cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills required
  • Strong understanding of in Market employment laws and regulations
