About the role
- Lead a team of talent acquisition professionals
- Serve as the primary recruiting contact for hiring managers
- Work to hire hard to fill roles and develop hiring campaigns
- Facilitate the end-to-end hiring process for all site-based operations roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers on scheduling & interviewing candidates
- Oversee the recruitment process from job postings to onboarding
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure success of hiring strategies
Requirements
- Recruiting experience
- Field recruiting experience a plus
- PC proficiency with emphasis on Windows-based Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong people skills required to positively impact cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills required
- Strong understanding of in Market employment laws and regulations
