- Drive profitable growth of Castrol brands in assigned geography
- Ensure sales force is supported and trained
- Prospecting and pipeline development in Salesforce
- Manage territory optimally using PowerBI
- Train DSRs on prospecting and closing business
- Onboard new OEM, HDNA, TA accounts as required
- Use Salesforce CRM to manage account relationships
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 80% travel required (50-60% overnight)
- Strong digital sales platform skills (Salesforce, Microsoft Office)
- Ability to implement advanced value selling techniques
- Proven budgeting, forecasting, and financial management skills
- Ability to develop relationships with large customers
