💰 $160,000 - $200,000 per year

About the role

  • Lead a team of contract personnel to deliver innovative technology solutions to support bpx’s finance and procurement teams
  • Define a technology strategy, roadmap, and delivery plan
  • Develop, deploy, and integrate technology solutions including third-party tools and custom solutions
  • Coordinate projects and resource management within the squad
  • Drive innovation and change strategy for procurement, finance, and accounting functions

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, finance, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 5 years of experience in shale production and/or IT Procurement/Supply Chain experience in shale production
  • Experience working with large, cross-functional technology teams and effectively influencing business stakeholders and field personnel
  • Capability in driving entrepreneurial IT initiatives in office and field environments
