About the role
- Responsible for planning, organizing, monitoring and executing the scientific events defined in the area’s strategic plan.
- Responsible for the administrative, logistical and operational organization of academic activities for undergraduate, graduate and short-duration courses.
- Ensure delivery of the scientific events, short courses, undergraduate and graduate programs defined in the area’s strategic plan, meeting the defined scope.
- Interact directly with clients and BP’s internal operational teams.
- Provide support to all involved stakeholders.
- Ensure that educational and organizational objectives are achieved.
- Reserve and coordinate the use of rooms and facilities.
- Manage RSVPs for all participants.
- Directly contract suppliers/vendors.
- Monitor and ensure the supply of didactic and pedagogical materials.
- Monitor and control the budget.
- Analyze deliverables based on metrics.
- Anticipate and plan actions to address potential issues.
- Comply with LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law) when handling participants’ data.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, Marketing, Events, Educational Management, Pedagogy or related fields.
- Postgraduate degree in Social Communication, Marketing, Events, Educational Management, Pedagogy or related fields is desirable.
- Required knowledge: Microsoft Office, deadline management and prioritization.
- Advantage: prior experience with events related to the healthcare sector.
