About the role
- Prepare, edit and proofread a variety of documents (correspondence, agreements and pleadings)
- Work with attorneys to keep litigation advancing in each case
- Assist attorneys with discovery, including discovery requests, depositions and issuing subpoenas
- Manage electronic case files using a document management system (iManage) to ensure information is organized and easy to locate
- Prepare for trial, including compiling trial materials, coordinating witnesses, preparing and managing exhibits, attending trial
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree, Paralegal Certificate or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- 4+ years’ litigation defense experience required
