• Prepare, edit and proofread a variety of documents (correspondence, agreements and pleadings)
• Work with attorneys to keep litigation advancing in each case
• Assist attorneys with discovery, including discovery requests, depositions and issuing subpoenas
• Manage electronic case files using a document management system (iManage) to ensure information is organized and easy to locate
• Prepare for trial, including compiling trial materials, coordinating witnesses, preparing and managing exhibits, attending trial
