About the role
- configure, maintain, and optimize UKG WFM modules including scheduling, timekeeping, and accruals
- build and maintain labor schedules, shift patterns, and schedule templates
- oversee time capture methods and monitor for exceptions
- develop, maintain, and run basic reports in UKG WFM
- participate in UKG WFM upgrades and system enhancements
- serve as Tier 2 support for escalated end-user issues
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with UKG WFM (Kronos)
- hands-on experience configuring scheduling, timekeeping, and accruals
- College Degree
