About the role
- Lead requirements-gathering activities through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and data analysis.
- Translate business needs into clear, concise functional specifications and user stories.
- Conduct gap analyses, process mapping (as-is and to-be), and impact assessments to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Define success metrics and develop business cases in partnership with business units.
- Manage project scope, schedules, and deliverables to ensure timely and on-budget execution.
- Facilitate sprint planning, stakeholder meetings, and progress reporting.
- Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Create and maintain project documentation including BRDs, process flows, test plans, and status reports.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide post-implementation recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors and key stakeholders through effective communication and influence.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
- 2–4 years of hands-on project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong understanding of business processes, requirements elicitation, and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, Power BI, and related systems.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
