Engineer

• Support project teams in managing construction project technical aspects
• Process shop drawings, document control, RFIs, submittals, and change management
• Assist project staff in coordination, scheduling, quantity surveying, and reporting functions
• Work with Project Manager to establish cost reporting and tracking systems
• Manage drawings, drawing records, revisions, and effectively communicate with trades
• Take notes and issue meeting minutes for applicable meetings
• Assist with preparation of bid packages and procurement
• Manage submittal process, review, and distribution
• Ensure operation and maintenance manuals are completed according to standards
• Assist field personnel in managing quality control
• Monitor and enforce safety standards in conjunction with project team
• Review shop drawings and submittals for value analysis and constructability
• Research construction problems and perform work sampling
