About the role
- Own and grow a $15–20M portfolio of life sciences client accounts, accountable for revenue growth, executive relationships, delivery success, and overall client satisfaction.
- Partner closely with Business Development to drive account expansion and new opportunities by aligning client needs with Bounteous’ digital transformation capabilities and portfolio strategy.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders and procurement stakeholders, leveraging healthcare industry expertise, AI-enabled solutions, and global engineering capabilities to unlock enterprise value.
- Lead multi-year account strategies and executive business reviews to ensure alignment across client priorities, Bounteous business units, and delivery leadership.
- Oversee the commercial and operational performance of the portfolio, including pipeline management, forecasting, financial performance, margin protection, risk mitigation, and compliance.
- Lead cross-functional teams across consulting, engineering, delivery, and product leadership to execute complex enterprise transformation programs.
- Ensure delivery of scalable, client-centric digital transformation initiatives with accountability for solution estimates, SOW development, resource planning, and commercial governance.
- Build and mentor high-performing teams while serving as a visible ambassador for the Health business unit with clients, partners, and industry forums.
Requirements
- 14+ years of consulting, client service, or account leadership experience within healthcare or life sciences organizations.
- 10+ years leading technology-enabled business transformation initiatives, including digital modernization and enterprise program delivery across pharmaceutical, biotech, payer, or healthcare enterprises.
- Deep expertise in life sciences commercialization processes, including pricing, rebates, contracting, and distribution models within pharmaceutical and biopharma organizations.
- Experience delivering AI-enabled and digital transformation initiatives leveraging modern data platforms, cloud technologies, and global engineering teams.
- Familiarity with life sciences commercial platforms supporting rebate adjudication, pricing, contracting, or chargeback processes.
- Proven success managing large client portfolios and driving revenue growth within consulting, digital transformation, or professional services environments.
- Outstanding executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and lead strategic transformation discussions.
- Strong leadership experience guiding cross-functional consulting, engineering, and delivery teams in complex enterprise environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Able to travel approximately 50–75% based on client needs.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent consulting experience.
