Maintain and support primarily Linux-based server and AWS infrastructure, ensuring availability, performance and reliability.
Monitor systems, respond to alerts and incidents, and participate in a 24×7 on-call rotation.
Perform security and maintenance activities including patching, upgrades and hardening.
Develop and maintain automation for infrastructure provisioning, deployments and operational tasks.
Work closely with developers and client teams to troubleshoot issues and support releases.
Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional (mandatory).
Strong hands-on experience administering and troubleshooting Linux production environments.
Strong experience designing, operating and supporting AWS infrastructure.
Strong troubleshooting and investigation skills, including root-cause analysis.
Experience supporting Magento platforms running on Apache and PHP.
Good knowledge and hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Experience working with GitHub.
Experience with Terraform and Ansible.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk.
Experience working with ITSM / ticketing tools such as ServiceNow for incident, change and request management.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Able to work independently and handle production issues under pressure.
Team-oriented and willing to support other team members.
Willing to participate in on-call rotation and late-night deployments.
