- Ensure People infrastructure is accurate, compliant, and consistently executed
- Strengthen the operational backbone of the People function, from contracts and documentation to payroll inputs
- Build reliable processes, clear documentation, and scalable systems that enable managers and employees to navigate key lifecycle moments smoothly
- Work closely with People Leadership, Finance, Legal, and local operations to ensure country-specific compliance
- Continuously improve how we work by identifying gaps and streamlining workflows
Requirements
- Experience as a People Operations Specialist, HR Operations, or HR Generalist supporting distributed teams across multiple countries
- Practical knowledge of labour law and statutory entitlements across EU jurisdictions and ideally familiarity with Asian markets (e.g. Japan, Thailand, or similar)
- Hands-on experience managing onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle administration end-to-end
- Experience coordinating payroll processes, being the operational owner of a platform like Deel or a similar global EOR/payroll tool
- Strong focus on employee experience and day-to-day support
- Organised, accurate, and comfortable in ambiguity
- Detail-oriented and proactive
