About the role

  • Support a positive employee experience across Boundless Life as the first point of contact for day-to-day people topics
  • Partner closely with managers on engagement, performance, and employee lifecycle
  • Assist with performance management processes and track key milestones
  • Coordinate engagement initiatives and employee listening activities
  • Maintain accurate People-related data and support reporting on people insights
  • Coordinate relocations, visa processes, and new country setups in partnership with other teams
  • Proactively identify people-related risks and take action to address issues at the root

Requirements

  • Experience as a People Experience Specialist, HR Generalist, or People Partner supporting distributed teams across multiple countries
  • Strong focus on employee experience and day-to-day people support
  • Experience in startup environments managing ambiguity and fast-paced change
  • Independent, proactive, and resourceful; know when to ask for help or escalate
  • Ability to thrive in remote and distributed work environments
  • Hands-on experience supporting onboarding, probation, transitions, and exits
  • Coordination of performance and feedback processes
  • Experience with engagement and listening initiatives (surveys, stay interviews, pulse checks)
  • Familiarity with coordinating with Finance, Legal, Operations on relocations and visas
  • Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple topics without losing the human touch
  • Fluent in English at a native or advanced level.
  • Experience in organizations with 80–250 people, distributed teams across multiple countries
