About the role

  • Assist in the execution of the talent acquisition strategy, creating a roadmap for staffing and implementing a talent acquisition strategy.
  • Participate in workforce planning and forecasting initiatives to build the right talent pipeline in a highly competitive market.
  • Manage all aspects of a full-cycle recruiting process, including job intake, sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers for firm roles.
  • Screen, qualify and interview applicants and serve as the main point of contact to ensure our hiring culture is consistent across the firm.
  • Collaborate with others in the firm, providing talent acquisition assistance.
  • Manage pre-employment due diligence checks, including background and reference checks.
  • Partner with the Senior Campus Recruiter on various Campus Recruiting initiatives.
  • Job fair attendance (virtual and in-person)
  • Interviews
  • Summer program (planning, administration and execution)
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager on advertising and recruiting strategy. Leverage internet and social media platforms for recruitment.
  • Partner with Marketing on the company website recruiting and career marketing content; use social media and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
  • Manage the 30-day check-in process for experienced team members; identify trends, drive continuous improvement, and ensure alignment on communication for successful impact and retention.
  • Manage and administer the new hire peer connection program. (Boulay Buddy)
  • Provide support and assist with facilitating the Rising Early Professionals (REP) Program.
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding administration processes for outsourced talent resources.
  • Manages the Return-to-Work re-acclimation process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in a Talent Acquisition or Human Resources position that provided full-cycle recruitment support, ideally with experience as part of a small team in a high-growth, professional services organization
  • Proven successes in executing innovative approaches to recruitment, including a focus on the recruitment of diverse candidate groups
  • Prior candidate sourcing experience using current technologies
  • Experience with recruiting positions at all levels and in a variety of functions
