• Review financial statements of private company clients, as well as SEC issuer filings for compliance with professional and Firm standards, with subsequent engagement team interaction
• Function as a Firm resource on the research of technical issues involving complex accounting, auditing, SEC, and PCAOB matters
• Review workpapers and complex accounting transactions for adherence to the applicable accounting and assurance standards
• Create and implement specific proactive Firm-wide policies and concepts that continuously improve the quality of our audit and assurance practice

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Provide Strategic CFO consulting functions to CAAS Clients – from client proposal to final work products
• Establish and maintain the budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and other long-term financial planning and cost management resources
• Manage capital planning, risk management, and the analysis of financial ratios and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Primary point of contact for the client's professional team, including the board of directors, attorneys, insurance and financial experts, banks, etc.

The Retirement Plan Administration Associate is responsible for managing all aspects of compliance systems data maintenance to support transaction processing, compliance testing, and reporting. Tasks are conducted under limited direct supervision but under the review of department leaders. This position may also involve working cross-departmentally with other Boulay Departments to effectively accomplish projects and tasks

• Analyze plan documents to determine terms, responsibilities, and duties associated with service provided for the plan
