Enterprise Growth Marketing Manager

Artificial Intelligence

• Deliver engaging (virtual) live workshops on AI topics, ensuring they align with Bots & People’s social blended learning approach.
• Mainly to executives and Leaders.
• Collaborate with other educators and industry experts to ensure the highest quality of educational content and stay updated with the latest developments in AI and related fields.
• Assess and provide feedback on participants’ progress, offering personalized guidance to enhance their understanding and skills in AI technologies.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the training curriculum by gathering participant feedback and implementing innovative teaching methods.

Executive AI Trainer – Freelancer

Operations

• You will manage a team of currently 4 talented Senior Learning Consultants and one operations manager.
• You work closely with our CEO Nico Bitzer to develop the company further.
• Build the operating system for delivery: Maintain a didactical, process and content backbone for the Bots & People Delivery of high class live sessions and learning journeys.
• Implement best practices within the team like facilitation guidelines, quality assurance, trainer selection etc.
• Coach, and grow a team of so far four Learning Consultants.
• Drive company values and team building across the company.
• Own revenue retention and expansion with our Enterprise Accounts.
• Shape solutions with senior stakeholders (HR/L&D/Transformation/Business Units).
• Ensure engagements are profitable.
• Build and govern our expert network.
• Standardize onboarding and feedback loops to ensure consistently exceptional delivery at scale.
• Confidently step in to lead sessions or manage projects on Digital upskilling to unblock or elevate a program.
• Manage operational and financial success across the company.

Head of Learning & Operations

• Scale the awareness of Bots & People in the enterprise segment and turn target customers into revenue.
• Work closely with the CEO, Lead Designer, and Enterprise Account Executive.
• Create enterprise pipeline for a named Target Account List aligned to ICP and revenue targets.
• Plan, host, and optimize owned webinars and events.
• Evaluate and staff external fairs/conferences.
• Drive pre‑event outreaches, on‑site appearance, and post‑event conversion.
• Plan personalized ABM campaigns with sales.
• Own LinkedIn & Meta campaigns end-to-end.
• Operate a reliable, on-time content engine (blog, newsletter, LinkedIn).
• Maintain UTMs, lead reporting, and bowtie-style funnel metrics. Define success metrics together in the first 6–12 months.
