• Create learning programs focused on AI, Data, and personal productivity
• Report to the Head of Learning & Operations
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Design, and a team of experienced Learning Consultants and Customer Success Managers
• Lead strategic content development and manage e‑learning translation/localization, rebranding, and slide creation
• Structure learning content and assets for scalability
• Coordinate timelines, resources, and trainers; work closely with Learning Consultants and CSMs
• Ensure programs run smoothly, on time, and within scope
• Translate customers’ upskilling and reskilling needs into programs that deliver measurable ROI
• Source and collaborate with trainers to ensure consistent instructional quality
• Iterate programs based on learner data and evidence
• Build e‑learning content, live sessions, and blended learning journeys using tools such as Articulate Rise, Sana, and/or Canva
• Create marketing content (social media posts, e‑books, blog articles) in collaboration with the marketing team

• Act as a strategic partner to enterprise clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with them, understanding their unique training needs and challenges together in collaboration with Sales
• Run customer onboarding, Impact Reviews and strategic alignment sessions with customers.
• Identify learning needs and convert them into program strategies.
• Manage expectations, feedback loops, and success metrics.
• Manage risks and spot upsell potentials
• Coordinate timelines, resources, trainers, and delivery across all stakeholders.
• Ensure programs run smoothly, on time, and within scope.
• Track risks, milestones, and operational metrics.
• Oversee trainer allocation, onboarding, and performance follow-up.
• Lead the architecture of blended learning programs.
• Translate client goals into clear pedagogical concepts.
• Collaborate with trainers to ensure consistent instructional quality.
