About the role

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
  • Active admission to the New York Bar (in good standing)
  • 3–7 years of litigation experience
  • Experience with New York Labor Law or substantial experience in insurance defense litigation
  • Background in construction accident or general liability defense (preferred)
  • Strong legal writing and analytical skills (preferred)
  • Comfort managing a caseload with appropriate supervision (preferred)
  • Professional courtroom presence and communication skills (preferred)
  • Interest in continued professional development and mentorship (preferred)
