Project Manager

• Serve as the Project Manager for one or more licensing applications.
• Coordinate technical and environmental review inputs from multiple disciplines (environmental science, health physics, engineering, transportation, security) and ensure integration and timeliness of deliverables.
• Apply engineering knowledge and technology to identify, solve, or alleviate environmental problems.
• Collaborate with other regulatory compliance team members to review and revise written work products.
• Ensure regulatory compliance: review of applications, response to staff questions, and Request for Additional Information (RAIs).
• Track progress schedule, application milestones, and risk mitigation plans.
• Complete field work to gather necessary information to develop inspection reports, permit applications, or compliance plans.

Environmental Licensing Project Manager

Engineer

• Provide support to the group that is responsible for developing methods to process and disposition all waste streams generated by the client’s facility.
• The Process Engineer will direct the work of individual contributors on the team, as well as assist with the resources and organizational needs of the waste and recovery team.
• Additionally, this role will assist with the support design, licensing, construction and operation of the client’s facility.
• Collaborate with commercial nondestructive assay (NDA) equipment vendors to design, acquire, and deploy NDA systems that support the processing of waste streams potentially containing low-enriched uranium.
• Provide support for facility design activities and related licensing efforts.
• Assist in managing engineering resource allocation across various projects to ensure qualified personnel are assigned to appropriate tasks.
• Support design cycle sprints, offering guidance that aligns engineering teams, external partners, and suppliers toward the delivery of high-quality work products on schedule and within budget established by project leadership.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary engineering team on the development of advanced nuclear reactor technologies.
• Execute tasks in accordance with design control processes, ensuring complete documentation, participation in internal and external design reviews, and proper management of configuration data.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Process Engineer – Waste & Recovery

• Lead the planning, execution, and closeout of assigned projects in accordance with scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
• Provide oversight, evaluation, and improvement of project management efficiency.
• Coordinate daily/weekly meetings with teams to align the means and methods, schedule contracting needs, and delivery timelines.
• Participate in customer site visits, proposal development, and contract reviews.
• Oversee and approve monthly project cost updates and quarterly cash flow projections.
• Act as primary interface with clients, engineers, vendors, and suppliers.
• Anticipate potential challenges to schedule or costs, and work with the team to develop proactive solutions.
• Support project closeout by finalizing documentation, securing retainages, supporting supervisors, and resolving outstanding claims.
• Work under general direction but assume full accountability as the single point of contact for assigned projects.

Project Manager II

Mechanical Engineer

• Perform FEAs on vacuum chambers and must be familiar with FEA modeling and analysis.
• Responsible for developing calculations on vacuum chambers, torque calculations, bellows, lifting calculations, and comparing to code requirements (applicable ASME codes).
• Responsible for providing input into the vacuum specifications.
• Responsible for providing technical review of the drawings and providing markups to be consistent with the technical design.

Technical Business Development Specialist

Security Analyst

• Resetting user passwords for cause (e.g., when they have been identified as being suspected compromised or 'known compromised')
• Working with service owners to reset service account passwords for various reasons
• Ensuring authorizers are designated for in-scope accounts
• Analyzing usage patterns for accounts to identify inactive accounts or inappropriate account use

Splunk Detection Engineer

• Possess a working level expertise with the National Institute of Standards and Technologies (NIST) Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) and the NIST 800-53 series of control families and approaches. Using automated tools and manual techniques to Client security weaknesses (i.e. Tenable Security Center, Nucleus Security, etc...). Conducting regular scans and assessments of systems, applications, and networks to identify potential vulnerabilities. Analyzing the identified vulnerabilities to determine their potential impact on the organization. Prioritizing vulnerabilities based on their severity and the risk they pose to the organization. Performing routine assignment of tickets to IT and other teams to address vulnerabilities as part of a 'cyber hygiene' process. Recommending mitigation strategies to address identified vulnerabilities. Working with IT and development teams to apply patches, configure systems securely, and implement other remediation measures. This position is not expected to perform patching activities. Creating detailed reports on the findings of vulnerability assessments and risk analyses. Documenting the status of vulnerabilities and the actions taken to mitigate them. Communicating the results of vulnerability assessments, risk analyses, and other cyber hygiene work to stakeholders, including management and technical teams. Staying up to date with the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices. Continuously improving the organization's vulnerability management processes and tools. Vulnerability Analyst

• Senior Vice President of Business Development (SVPBD) develops and leads the business development vision, strategy, plans, and processes that will drive Orders, Books-to-Bill Ratio, increase revenue, expand markets, and accomplish financial objectives.
• The SVPBD will report to the CEO and drive the formation and execution of the Business Development organization, including the bid and proposal process and other aspects of business development necessary to facilitate the growth and diversification of BGS.
