IT Support

• Serve as the dedicated primary point of contact for all IT-related matters within the Engineering department, including escalated issues, project-specific requests, and proactive system improvements.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to Engineering team members, troubleshooting hardware (e.g., workstations, CAD laptops, servers, peripherals), software (e.g., CAD tools like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ANSYS; simulation software; PLM systems; data analysis tools), networks, and cloud-based platforms.
• Act as the IT liaison for Engineering projects — both internal (e.g., new tool deployments, lab setups, data migration for R&D initiatives) and external (e.g., secure file sharing with clients/vendors, integration of collaborative tools, remote access for partner reviews, compliance with external project requirements).
• Collaborate closely with Engineering leads, project managers, and external stakeholders to assess IT needs for upcoming projects, recommend solutions, and ensure timely implementation (e.g., setting up secure environments for prototype testing or client demos).
• Supports the installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrade of engineering-specific hardware and software, including licensing management, workstation imaging, and performance optimization for compute-intensive tasks.
• Monitor and maintain department-specific IT assets, ensuring high availability, security, and compliance (e.g., data backups, access controls for sensitive IP, cybersecurity for project-related tools).
• Document processes, resolutions, and best practices; create knowledge base articles tailored to Engineering workflows to reduce recurring issues and empower self-service where possible.
• Coordinate with the broader IT team for infrastructure support, escalations, and company-wide initiatives while prioritizing Engineering needs.
• Participate in project planning meetings to provide IT input, identify potential technical risks, and contribute to smooth execution.
• Stay current on emerging technologies relevant to engineering (e.g., cloud CAD, AI-assisted design tools, VR/AR for prototyping) and propose improvements to enhance productivity.

IT Support Specialist – Engineering

Designer

• Take complex engineering designs from conception through manufacture and build.
• Successfully communicate and collaborate with engineers and scientists throughout the design process.
• Create engineering models and drawings using Creo/Windchill.
• Prepare clear, complete, and accurate working plans and detail drawings from layouts, rough, or detailed sketches and from written or verbal instructions.
• Perform tolerance stack ups to assure proper fit in assemblies.
• Check detail drawings of peer designers to assure compliance with engineering codes and drafting standards.

• Perform audits in accordance with Global Internal Audit Standards
• Analyze and appraise evidentiary data
• Analyze subcontract audits for allowability/allocability/reasonableness of cost
• Make adjustments to the original audit program with management approval

Financial Compliance Auditor

Engineer

• Support Federal projects and Department of Energy (DOE) clients by providing technical coordination, engineering oversight, and project execution support.
• Serve as a bridge between engineering disciplines, project management, and stakeholders.
• Provide technical support and coordination across engineering disciplines for Federal and DOE-related projects.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure engineering deliverables align with project milestones.
• Coordinate technical inputs, drawings, specifications, and documentation across internal teams and external partners.
• Track engineering action items, risks, and technical issues and support resolution efforts.
• Review engineering deliverables for completeness, quality, and compliance with project requirements.

• Lead and support Federal and Department of Energy (DOE) projects from initiation through completion
• Responsible for managing scope, schedule, cost, and risk while ensuring compliance with applicable Federal regulations, contract requirements, and industry standards
• Collaborate with engineering teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget
• Lead licensing teams and manage the completion of various regulatory work scopes

• Preparing data sheets, specifications, and walkdown reports.
• Work in concert with electrical engineers and other CAD drafters from the same work group.

Electrical Designer

Systems Engineer

• Support new machining center installations and/or existing machining production operations through supporting configuration management activities, various paperwork activities, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
• Demonstrate machining background experience.
• Perform troubleshooting and improvement activities.
• Apply systems and equipment expertise needed to resolve technical system and equipment issues in cooperation with other related disciplines.
• Demonstrate a professional understanding of Conduct of Engineering, Conduct of Operations, and Conduct of Maintenance for facilities operating within a nuclear regulated environment.
• Perform work in a production environment.

DevOps Engineer

• Defines and provides implementation support for recommendations that ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, controls and safety/security systems.
• Provides reliability based technical support to Production, Operations, Infrastructure Management and Craft personnel.
• Gathers, reviews, and analyzes data concerning facility or equipment reliability, availability, maintainability, and inspectability (RAMI) specifications.
• Reviews technical documents that depict or define reliability, accessibility, maintainability or inspectability features of systems, equipment and facilities including technical basis documentation, manuals and datasheets.
• Leads role in integration of project and plant RAMI deliverables.
• Develops proactive maintenance strategies for structures, systems and components.
• Conducts equipment Failure Mode Identification and Root Cause Failure Analysis.
• Conducts trend Analysis of structures, systems, and components.
• Defines, develops, implements, revises, and monitors Asset Management Plan(s) for structures, systems and components.
• Effective deployment of condition based, predictive and other non-destructive testing methodologies designed to identify and isolate inherent reliability problems before failure occurrence.
• Completion and presentation of both RAMI and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analyses to the internal and external engineering partners.
• Performs analysis to include labor distributions, critical spares identification, proactive asset management plans, failure rates MTBF, MTTR and life-cycle cost analysis.
