About the role
- Drive the development and channel expansion of independent distribution partners across the region
- Drive revenue, market share and ensure customer satisfaction within the Luxaire brand
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the assigned region
- Create and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs, present solutions, and negotiate contracts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify new opportunities
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients
- Analyze sales data and market insights to forecast trends and inform business strategies
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster a high-performance sales culture
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and expand network
- Travel 50% within the assigned region to meet with clients and prospects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years HVAC sales experience
- 5+ years of experience in residential, commercial, and ductless products and applications
- 5+ years of experience working with distributors and managing key accounts
- 6+ years of related sales experience and leadership in support of manufacturers Reps
- Willingness and ability to travel at least 50% throughout the assigned region
