Product Manager

• You develop a market-ready digital product together with clients and an interdisciplinary team, from the initial idea through discovery, concept and implementation.
• You independently plan and facilitate discovery workshops and translate the outcomes into clear requirements and product decisions.
• During concept development you design target-group-specific solutions using wireframes and validate them, e.g. through user interviews and user tests.
• You write epics and user stories, define testable acceptance criteria, prioritize backlogs, estimate effort together with the development team, perform acceptance checks and oversee implementation.
• You coordinate the definition of design and software architecture in alignment with clients and other stakeholders.
• Together with project management you plan implementation with respect to timeline and budget and coordinate the required efforts within the team.
• You plan and support go-lives and are responsible for store releases.
• You document the feature scope in accordance with regulatory requirements under ISO 13485 / IEC 62304.
• You contribute beyond individual projects: you help develop methods, processes and our internal product management practice, apply AI tools where relevant, share knowledge and actively contribute to interfaces and organizational structures.
