• Entwicklung, Pflege und Optimierung mobiler Anwendungen mit Flutter und Dart – von der Feature-Umsetzung bis zur nachhaltigen Verbesserung bestehender Codebasen
• Aktive Mitarbeit an technischen Konzepten und Architekturentscheidungen sowie Weiterentwicklung unseres Mobile-Stacks inkl. Entwicklungsstandards, Prozesse und Workflows
• Bewertung und Einordnung von Technologieoptionen (z. B. Flutter vs. native Ansätze, Kotlin Multiplatform) – intern sowie in der technischen Kundenberatung zu Architektur, Plattformstrategie und Machbarkeit
• Durchführung von Code Reviews und Sicherstellung nachhaltiger Codequalität
• Evaluierung und Integration neuer Technologien – darunter AI-gestützte Entwicklungstools (z. B. Copilot, Cursor, Claude) sowie aktiver Wissenstransfer ins Team
