About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You manage our software development projects end-to-end — from planning through budget ownership and controlling to reporting with our clients and internal teams
- You keep track of capacity, timelines and dependencies across multiple projects and actively steer when challenges arise
- You recognize early where project workflows, processes or collaboration are stuck and independently propose solutions
- You continuously work on improving our project processes, e.g., for data-driven estimation, better forecasting or sustainable structures
- You regularly communicate with clients and internal teams about project progress and plan and facilitate coordination meetings and client workshops
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in project management of digital products on the agency or service provider side
- You are comfortable with both traditional and agile project management methods and know when to apply each approach to pragmatically support our software development teams
- Solid knowledge of project controlling, budget management, forecasting and capacity planning
- Knowledge of the regulated medical device environment is a plus (MDR, ISO 13485 / IEC 62304)
- A knack for spotting where processes break down and the experience to independently take corrective action
- Strong communication skills across different levels: you can represent decisions, bring perspectives together and communicate with developers as well as with clients
- A structured, analytical mindset — you keep an overview even when multiple projects are running concurrently
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Office or similar
- Fluent German and English (business/professional proficiency)
