About the role

  • Provide timely, accurate, and customer‑focused support across Tier 1 and Tier 2 HR and employee relations queries.
  • Manage and resolve HR enquiries with a strong focus on case management.
  • Support employees and leaders with guidance on Workday transactions, policy interpretation, and process navigation.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
  • Analyse case trends, update employee records, and coach managers on self‑service tools.
  • Support ER case preparation and partner on optimisation, automation, and transformation activities.

Requirements

  • Experience in HR operations, shared services, or HR/ER advisory roles.
  • Managing HR or ER‑related cases with professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgement.
  • Analysing data or case trends to identify risks, opportunities, or continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Applying HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation to provide accurate guidance.
  • Managing competing priorities while delivering an exceptional employee and leader experience.
  • Confident using Workday and Microsoft Office.
  • Curiosity about how technology can support smarter, more efficient service delivery.
  • Communicating effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, adapting approach to support employees, leaders, and People & Culture partners.
  • Ideally, experience within a medium to large organisation, with exposure to risk management, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement methodologies.
