About the role
- Provide timely, accurate, and customer‑focused support across Tier 1 and Tier 2 HR and employee relations queries.
- Manage and resolve HR enquiries with a strong focus on case management.
- Support employees and leaders with guidance on Workday transactions, policy interpretation, and process navigation.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
- Analyse case trends, update employee records, and coach managers on self‑service tools.
- Support ER case preparation and partner on optimisation, automation, and transformation activities.
Requirements
- Experience in HR operations, shared services, or HR/ER advisory roles.
- Managing HR or ER‑related cases with professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgement.
- Analysing data or case trends to identify risks, opportunities, or continuous improvement recommendations.
- Applying HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation to provide accurate guidance.
- Managing competing priorities while delivering an exceptional employee and leader experience.
- Confident using Workday and Microsoft Office.
- Curiosity about how technology can support smarter, more efficient service delivery.
- Communicating effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, adapting approach to support employees, leaders, and People & Culture partners.
- Ideally, experience within a medium to large organisation, with exposure to risk management, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement methodologies.
