About the role

  • If you love bringing brands to life through words and supporting big ideas to be carried through to the smallest touchpoints, then this is a role where you’ll feel right at home.
  • You’ll help champion the unique personality of each brand, making sure every message is distinctive.
  • Your days will be filled with variety - writing everything from digital content, website uplifts and social campaigns, to letters, EDMs, press ads and posters.
  • You’ll also play a key role in concept development, partnering with designers, creatives and key stakeholders across the group to educate and bring ideas to life that are on brand, on brief and genuinely engaging.
  • You’ll be part of an in-house creative team known for producing work that rivals external agencies, and you’ll bring a thoughtful, collaborative and solutions-focused approach to every project.
  • You’ll help us communicate with intelligence, clarity, humour and empathy, always keeping our customers at the centre of the story.
  • You’ll bring a can-do, collaborative approach - because that’s how we work best together.

Requirements

  • You're an experienced copywriter who knows how to craft clear, concise and compelling content across a wide range of formats.
  • You're confident developing ideas as well as executing them, and you enjoy working closely with others to build creative that feels fresh, purposeful and on-brand.
  • You understand tone of voice and know how to flex it across different audiences and channels, and you're comfortable managing multiple projects while keeping a cool head under tight deadlines.
  • You may have experience shaping or managing brand voice, and you're likely to have studied writing, journalism, communications, advertising or something similar.
  • You're comfortable working across Mac tools, and if you've dabbled in Adobe Creative Suite, that's a bonus - but not a dealbreaker.
