About the role
- Support operational change initiatives that enhance process efficiency, uplift risk and controls, and embed sustainable practices across the Business Bank.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support change initiatives from inception to execution.
- Help deliver projects that minimise disruption for bankers and customers while ensuring risk and regulatory compliance.
- Uncover opportunities for improvement and drive solutions that support strategic goals.
Requirements
- Exposure to operational change initiatives in financial services or a related industry.
- Strong analytical skills, enabling you to gather, interpret, and report data that informs business decisions.
- Experience with process documentation and improvement activities.
- Comfortable navigating risk, compliance, and control environments with guidance from managers.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with team members and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong task management and deadline adherence skills.
- Eager to learn and adapt to new enterprise tools and frameworks.
