About the role

  • Develop front-end applications (React.js) and actively contribute to the back-end (Java, PHP)
  • Participate in all stages of development: design, implementation, deployment, and maintenance
  • Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability of solutions
  • Contribute to documentation, scoping, code reviews, and testing (unit and integration)
  • Coach and support a team of developers on a day-to-day basis
  • Play an active role in organizing work using Agile/Scrum practices
  • Facilitate daily Scrum ceremonies and ensure processes are followed within the team
  • Participate in sprint planning, track commitments, and drive continuous improvement
  • Serve as a technical point of reference while maintaining a collaborative and listening approach
  • Work closely with Product Managers, designers, and other stakeholders
  • Help the team make sound technical decisions, even with incomplete information
  • Communicate clearly about technical trade-offs, priorities, and constraints
