About the role
- Perform enrollment changes for Health and Dental benefits (additions, removals, and modifications).
- Update and maintain enrollment data in the EB Quiver system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Provide support to clients' HR teams, clarifying questions about insurer rules, contracts, and enrollment processes.
- Review and validate documentation required for enrollment changes.
- Support the team in analyzing, standardizing, and continuously improving operational processes.
- Act as a floater, providing support for tasks as required by the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed).
- Previous experience with enrollment processing at an insurance brokerage.
