Technical Program Manager

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of technical initiatives across engineering teams
• Drive progress across platform components, backend services, tools, and supporting systems
• Create clear delivery plans, track progress, and ensure milestones are met

• Create game pack assets using art provided by the art team, such as: Thumbnails, Banners (static and animated), Icons, Basic UI elements
• Prepare and export graphic assets in the required formats and resolutions.
• Adapt and optimize assets for various platforms and formats
• Follow established branding and art guidelines to ensure consistency across all games and platforms
• Work with game designers and senior artists to iterate on visual concepts
• Assist in improving existing graphical assets when needed
• Stay updated with industry trends in game art and graphic design
• Organize and maintain design files and asset libraries

Project Manager

• Leadership of projects from inception to completion.
• Be accountable for project results along with project sponsor.
• Work with project sponsors and stakeholders to complete project charter outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources and timing.

• Create games in collaboration with the Product team and the Design team.
• Prepare prototypes and mock-ups for game and feature behaviours.
• Conceptualize visuals and develop design concepts, graphics, layouts and UI assets based on requirements.
• Prepare documentation with technical specifications and guidelines for Game Artists and Animators.
• Present ideas and solutions to stakeholders and incorporate their feedback.
• Prepare and export game assets from multiple sources and tools.
• Interface between Design and Development Teams, ensuring an optimal implementation of game assets.

• Translate high-level product requirements and feature descriptions into detailed, structured technical documentation (e.g., technical specifications, API docs, integration guides).
• Maintain a centralized repository of documentation that reflects the latest product version, architecture, and feature set.
• Ensure that documentation follows internal standards for clarity, structure, and traceability.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and DevOps to ensure all technical elements are correctly documented before release.
• Support the creation and maintenance of version-controlled documentation (e.g., Confluence, Git, or internal wiki systems).
• Work closely with Product Owners to understand upcoming features and releases.
