• Drive C-Suite Engagement: Establish and grow trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CDO), leading executive visioning sessions and innovation workshops to shape long-term AI adoption roadmaps.
• Architect Flagship Solutions: Lead discovery and technical design for our most complex, high-stakes enterprise accounts, architecting robust, scalable solutions that may require net-new agentic processes.
• Govern the Solution Lifecycle: Serve as the ultimate technical authority throughout strategic customer engagements, from initial vision-setting with the AI Expert SC to overseeing the successful delivery by the Forward Deployed Engineer.
• Influence Product and GTM Strategy: Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to relay field insights, identify gaps in our prebuilt agent inventory, and influence the product roadmap based on strategic customer needs.
• Mentor and Scale Field Teams: Act as a thought leader within the organization, mentoring Solutions Consultants and Forward Deployed Engineers and helping to evolve and refine our AI solution delivery best practices.

• Develop and execute a multi-year enterprise applications strategy that aligns with global business priorities and an AI.
• Lead the integration of cutting-edge technology, including AI governance and Agent development frameworks, to drive internal productivity and innovation.
• Drive system evaluation, rationalization, and optimization to ensure a cohesive digital ecosystem via modern APIs and middleware.
• Ensure enterprise platforms consistently meet or exceed established SLAs for performance, availability, and issue resolution.
• Oversee the modernization and lifecycle management of critical Quote-to-Cash teams and systems to ensure seamless business operations.
• Maintain rigorous standards for data privacy and audit requirements, including GDPR, SOC2, and multi-jurisdictional data residency.
• Partner with global business leaders and present strategic roadmaps and investment cases to the executive team.
• Lead and mentor a globally distributed team of approximately 50 solution architects, analysts, system administrators, developers and other technical SMEs.
• Manage strategic relationships and SOWs with key partners, ensuring spend is optimized against commitments.
• Facilitate cross-functional governance and drive high user adoption for all application investments.
• Strategically manage Application spend and control costs by mitigating application sprawl and rationalizing the technology portfolio to realize run-rate savings.
