About the role

  • You'll ensure successful account activation by delivering expert-level training sessions to new clients following the sale.
  • You'll drive early results by executing a proactive call and contact strategy to maximize engagement and help providers secure their first bookings.
  • You'll be a product champion, providing expert guidance on application functionality to help users get the most out of the platform.
  • You'll build strong B2B relationships by reaching out proactively via phone, email, or WhatsApp to drive key activation milestones.
  • You'll offer creative solutions by listening to client needs and addressing challenges with confidence and a "People First" touch.

Requirements

  • Provable, deep expertise and experience in Customer Success, training, Account Management, or similar roles.
  • A proactive and meticulous approach, enabling you to respond quickly and effectively to customer needs with organized solutions.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with a natural ability to listen and guide others toward success.
  • A "Team Player" mindset combined with a strong sense of ownership and commitment to your work.
  • You should be comfortable communicating in English (native-level or strong conversational skills).
  • Knowledge of tools like Salesforce or Google Suite is a definite asset.
