About the role
- You will manage and further develop our website (TYPO3) on an operational level
- You will independently coordinate collaboration with external service providers
- You will design, send and analyze targeted newsletter and email campaigns
- You will take responsibility for precise audience targeting and segmentation
- You will develop and manage digital advertising campaigns
- You will conduct analysis and reporting of relevant digital metrics
- As the central point of contact for our digital channels, you will be the marketing team's competent interface and source of ideas.
Requirements
- Some practical experience in digital marketing (e.g., through entry-level roles, internships, trainee programs or junior positions)
- Strong interest in technical and analytical topics related to digital communication
- Passion for children’s and young adult books
- Openness and motivation to learn new tools and digital applications
- Creativity, organizational skills, and a careful, reliable working style.
