Account Manager

• Revenue and customer responsibility: managing and developing customer relationships.
• Analysis and understanding of assigned customers/customer groups: capturing and evaluating purchasing structures, identifying and understanding category management, and noting regional specifics.
• Relationship management: establishing and maintaining contacts with all relevant stakeholders—focus on purchasing and category management.
• Assortment and potential analysis: in-depth review of assortments in both food and non-food areas, consideration of bestsellers, analysis and evaluation of cross-selling potential, seasonality and current trends, identification of opportunities for assortment expansion, spotting gaps and developing ideas for new products.
• Data-driven actions: using market research data, POS (on-site) analyses and shopper insights to derive measures for increasing sales and customer loyalty.
• Budget responsibility: agreeing and managing conditions set out in customer agreements (advertising subsidies, bonuses, forecast and budget planning).
• Process knowledge: confidently navigating listing processes, lead times, promotional mechanisms and promotion structures to secure optimal placements and promotions for products.
• Strategy development and creation of customer-specific solutions.
• Close collaboration with sales management to align strategic goals and measures.
• Concept development: creating tailored concepts and offers aligned to the specific retail structure (e.g., exclusive editions, promotional packs, displays).
• Sales competence: preparing and conducting annual meetings, assortment listings and coordinating promotions and promotional displays.
• Cross-functional collaboration: close cooperation with marketing and product development to shape customer-relevant assortments and innovative solutions.

• Verantwortung für den Großkunden Amazon: Steuerung von Umsatz, Absatz und Performance-Kennzahlen mit klarem Fokus auf Conversion-Optimierung und Effizienzsteigerung.
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung kanalübergreifender, performance-orientierter Vermarktungskonzepte: Planung saisonaler Kampagnen und optimale Präsenz unserer Titel (Vendor/KDP/Brand Store) mit kontinuierlicher Erfolgskontrolle.
• Amazon Advertising mit Conversion-Fokus: Steuerung und Optimierung von Werbekampagnen (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) inklusive Budget- und Performance-Verantwortung (z. B. ACOS/ROAS), Kampagnenpflege (Keyword-Strategien, Product Targeting, A/B-Tests) und konsequenter Auswertung zur Steigerung der Conversion-Rate.
• Datenbasierte Steuerung & Automatisierung: Nutzung und Weiterentwicklung von Reporting-, Automations- und Bid-Management-Tools; Aufbau von Dashboards und Ableitung datengetriebener, performance-orientierter Handlungsempfehlungen.
• Eigenständige Betreuung des E-Book-Geschäfts: Verantwortung für Preisgestaltung, Promotions und Umsetzung spezifischer Werbemaßnahmen auf Amazon und weiteren Plattformen – mit Fokus auf Conversion, Reichweite und Umsatzsteigerung.
• Content-Optimierung zur Conversion-Steigerung: Erstellung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von A+ Content, Enhanced Brand Content und Brand Store-Inhalten; Briefing und Steuerung von Bild- und Videoproduktionen zur Verbesserung der Kaufrate.
• Sicherstellung reibungsloser, performanter Abläufe: Koordination von Bestandsmanagement, Logistik und Disposition in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Auslieferung, Lektorat und Marketing.
• SEO & Metadatenmanagement: Pflege und Optimierung von Produktdaten und Listings zur nachhaltigen Steigerung der organischen Sichtbarkeit und Conversion.
• Zusammenarbeit & Abstimmung: Teilnahme an Amazon-Runden innerhalb der Bonnier-Gruppe sowie enge Abstimmung mit der Vertriebsleitung, an die Sie direkt berichten.
