About the role

  • Responsibility for the digital marketing of the product portfolio across all relevant channels
  • Development, implementation and optimization of TikTok, Meta and YouTube campaigns
  • Ongoing development of the website as the central showcase
  • Management of ads across all relevant platforms and coordination of external agencies
  • Planning and control of the marketing budget, performance tracking and reporting
  • Collaboration with the Amazon team to develop joint strategies
  • Continuous performance analysis and the development of innovative strategies

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in performance marketing and search engine optimization (SEO/GEO)
  • Knowledge of AI-supported methods
  • Strong hands-on mentality
  • Goal- and results-oriented working style
  • Experience managing budgets, agencies and digital campaigns
  • Enthusiasm for digital sales of books, gifts and games
  • Knowledge of shop systems (e.g., Shopify), tracking, web analytics and CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Brevo) is a plus
  • Confident user of MS Office 365 and Teams
