Technical Product Manager

• You translate technical requirements into clearly structured product backlog items and support the definition of technical roadmaps and technology decisions
• You organize and optimize creative processes to ensure a seamless connection between technical implementation, creative vision, and user engagement — including the use of creative automation tools, multimedia experiences, and innovative interface designs
• You work closely with architects, developers, and DevOps teams to ensure a scalable, maintainable, and robust system architecture
• You evaluate technical trade-offs (e.g., performance vs. cost, time-to-market vs. stability) and make well-founded product decisions
• You are responsible for integration strategies with internal and external systems and accompany their implementation both technically and conceptually

Systems Engineer

• Close collaboration with stakeholders and the business product team to translate business requirements into actionable features
• Evaluate new requirements and features in terms of value, effort, and cost-effectiveness to ensure value maximization
• Actively participate in refinements, sprint planning, and reviews
• Create and maintain user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria to support the development process
• Responsible for agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) as well as continuous stakeholder management and requirements analysis
