Systems Engineer

• You work closely with stakeholders and the Business Product Team to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable features
• You assess new requirements and features in terms of value, effort, and economic viability to ensure value maximization
• You maintain close collaboration with the development team, participate in refinements, sprint planning, and reviews, and actively contribute your perspective
• You create and maintain user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria that clearly and efficiently support the development process
• You take responsibility for agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives), facilitate them when needed, and continuously perform stakeholder management and requirements analysis
