About the role
- Engage with multidisciplinary teams including physicians and support staff
- Create, support and configure workflows and software
- Lead and manage change to improve patient access and efficiency
- Analyze workflow and suggest solutions
- Facilitate discussions to prioritize enhancements
- Create and maintain documentation on best practices
- Deliver training and education to various audiences
- Identify and implement continuous process improvements
Requirements
- Epic Cadence Certification, or 2 years’ experience in a scheduling capacity or practice manager within an Optimized BSMH department.
- Epic Cadence Certification - not required at time of hire but will be required within first 90 days of employment.
- Bachelor's Degree, or Combination of post-secondary education and experience in lieu of a degree.
