About the role

  • Make 60-80 outbound calls a day
  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting to independently owned automotive repair shops
  • Host multiple meaningful conversations with prospects
  • Qualify prospects and schedule product demos
  • Leverage your service advisor experience to understand shop workflow and operational pain points
  • Educate prospects on how technology can improve shop efficiency, communication, and profitability
  • Follow up with prospects through outreach
  • Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity and demo booking targets

Requirements

  • Experience in the automotive space /service writing
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) communication skills
  • Comfort with high-volume outbound calling and prospecting
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Some experience using CRM tools, and reporting tools
  • Positive attitude, resilience and a desire to help shops grow
  • Self motivated and the ability to work in a fast-paced SaaS sales environment
  • Strong understanding of repair orders, customer communication, and shop workflow
