About the role
- Make 60-80 outbound calls a day
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting to independently owned automotive repair shops
- Host multiple meaningful conversations with prospects
- Qualify prospects and schedule product demos
- Leverage your service advisor experience to understand shop workflow and operational pain points
- Educate prospects on how technology can improve shop efficiency, communication, and profitability
- Follow up with prospects through outreach
- Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity and demo booking targets
Requirements
- Experience in the automotive space /service writing
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) communication skills
- Comfort with high-volume outbound calling and prospecting
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Organized and detail oriented
- Some experience using CRM tools, and reporting tools
- Positive attitude, resilience and a desire to help shops grow
- Self motivated and the ability to work in a fast-paced SaaS sales environment
- Strong understanding of repair orders, customer communication, and shop workflow
