About the role
- Execute high-volume outbound calling (cold and warm) to prospective customers daily
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly call activity targets
- Engage decision-makers, uncover pain points, and clearly articulate our value proposition
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into sales-ready meetings
- Accurately log all activity, notes, and outcomes in the CRM
- Collaborate closely with Sales Consultants to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities
- Continuously refine talk tracks, objection handling, and call strategies through coaching and feedback
Requirements
- Prior success in making 100+ outbound calls per day
- Strong verbal communication skills and phone presence
- Resilient, coachable, and motivated by goals and metrics
- Ability to stay focused and productive in a high-activity role
- BDR/SDR or call-heavy sales experience preferred, but not required
- Comfort working with SaaS products, CRM tools and other sales technologies
- Ability to commute into the Tampa office 2 days each week (Tuesday & Wednesday)
