• Organize and schedule product demos for prospective and existing clients, coordinating availability and preparing necessary materials.
• Support and participate in marketing events and client meetings, gaining direct exposure to how commercial relationships are developed and won.
• Manage procurement documentation with clients, including issuing and following up on Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure timely processing.
• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound client requests—from demo scheduling to general platform inquiries—ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in HubSpot by logging interactions, updating contact and deal information, and ensuring data integrity across the platform.
• Assist the wider sales and business development team with administrative tasks, reporting, and ad-hoc operational needs as they arise.
• Identify opportunities to streamline repetitive tasks and contribute ideas to improve sales operations workflows.
