Adhere to Information Systems security guidelines in all incidents.
Analyze, design, and implement network access control solutions based on industry best practices.
Provide support for Cisco ISE, Firepower, ASA, Fortinet, and Palo Alto firewall engineering, installation, configuration, operation, maintenance, and management.
Collaborate with Operations to resolve end-user and network escalations.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network-related issues.
Monitor, investigate, and action equipment alarms.
Track and update escalation tickets.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, PCNSE, CWT, CWNA
1-3 years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure.
Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., Wireshark, SolarWinds).
Familiarity with Cisco networking technologies (routers, switches, firewalls).
Experience in effectively diagnosing and resolving network outages (layers 1-3).
