About the role

  • Boldr is the first global B-Corp dedicated to delivering world-class client experiences and creating dignified, meaningful work.
  • Coordinate account management and product development for Employer of Record (EOR) clients; own tools and processes.
  • Represent Boldr to strategic clients and advocate for client needs within operations.
  • Set high standards for client support and drive continuous improvement in communications and delivery.
  • Client Management: execute account management for assigned clients (1–5 team members), act as point of contact, lead escalations, conduct business reviews, develop account plans, collect feedback, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Administrative Support: manage CRM/HubSpot pipelines, support documentation of client expenses for billing, manage contracts (MSAs/SLAs), and support the GE team.
  • Internal Project Management: drive cross-functional initiatives, create and update process documentation, identify and implement process improvements, coordinate meetings, and follow up on action items.
  • Expected to mentor and support team members and evolve the role as the company grows.

  • Eagerness to learn partner industries (E-Commerce, SaaS, Finance, Real Estate).
  • Strong grasp of Google Suite.
  • Experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems; familiarity with ATS, HRIS, timekeeping/payroll tools is a major plus.
  • Strong verbal, written, and grammatical English fluency.
  • Around 3 to 5 years of work experience; client-facing experience is a major plus.
  • Proven experience analyzing client data, identifying trends, and recommending solutions.
